Dinner Idea

Last night I baked a seasoned salmon steak at 405 degrees for 10 minutes and placed half of it on a bead of salad.  The dressing is a raspberry vinaigrette. It was very good, very healthy, and I wasn't hungry for the rest of the night.  The other half of the salmon came to work with me. It heated up better than I thought it would and made a nice addition to a couscous and lentil soup.

This dinner above took less than 15 minutes to prepare (including cooking time) shower took longer.

Just a thought for those looking to add more veggies and less crap to dinner.  Don't forget, a serving of fish, chicken, or meat is the size of a deck of cards. Go by that and you can't go wrong.
