Because of this, and the simple and most self-serving fact that I suffer the same 9pm desperation, I strongly suggest a list of healthy snack options (kinda like a menu plan of snacks) that you will always have on hand (and that won't take forever to make). The following is one of my favorite snacks that only takes 10 minutes from start to finish...I timed it!
