I've become one of THOSE people!!!!

I had some very ripe bananas laying around and thought I would make banana bread for Sunday dessert. I used to be amazed at people like that.  The recipe is completely simple and in 15 minutes it is in the oven.

4 ripe bananas
2 beaten eggs (I use three)
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tspn salt
1 tspn baking soda
1/2 cup walnuts (I opt out)

Mix wet ingredients first, add the rest, pour into a loaf pan or any pan (for that matter) and place in a 350 degree oven for one hour! This is a great way to enjoy some fun food without the processed crap.
