verything in moderation" but did you know that it includes exercise also? Lately, I have seen many people in my office coming in for some nutritional "coaching" because of their constant exhaustion. While it is true that what you eat influences your energy level, more time than not it was due to their exercise program.
The more I read about those "centurions" (people living past 100 years) the more I believe it is important to eat your veggies and enjoy a moderate, daily, physical activity program (including daily stretching). Not only that, a good sense of humour, a stress management plan, and a social network can increase your quality of life as much as the healthy eating and exercise.
Just something to consider for the health of it....
