So you think you are healthy? Consider this...

I thought I had it covered. I was eating well, exercising, smoke-free, and getting my 7 hours of sleep. It wasn't until I read "When the Body Says No" that I realized it was only the tip of the ice berge. This book is one of those "must read for the health of it" books. The connection between the mind and the body is real and will influence your health....pick this up sooner than later.
