This Changed My Eating Habits


It wasn't until I was around 38 years old that I started paying attention to diet. I truly believed that if I worked out every day, I would be healthy no matter what I ate. Age has a way of proving you wrong.
It wasn't until I read "In Defense of Food" that I really started paying attention to what I put in my mouth. Of course, I continue to eat the fun foods, but do so with a little more awareness.
For anyone who is interested in healthy aging, eating for energy, health, the environment, or are looking for a simple "rule book" to help you make healthy choices, you MUST read this one.
